Kelly Chappell is an Alamance County native and is currently teaching cheer classes at COPA. She began dancing at the age of five and cheering at the age of seven and has not stopped since! Kelly has coached cheerleading at the recreation, middle school, high school, and competition level, as well as offered private sessions to girls trying out for school teams.
She is a graduate of Southern Alamance High School and graduated from UNC-G with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development.
In addition to teaching at COPA, she also serves as the Director of College Counseling at Burlington Christian Academy.
Kelly loves working with and inspiring young children to always do their best and give 100% at anything they attempt.
Kelly has a wonderful family, husband (Josh), son (Whitt), and daughters (Ella) and (Mary Wade). She is also proud to be a part of the COPA family as well!!
